This recipe makes quite a lot, but it does freeze well - half the quantities if you like! Serves 8 For soup: 700g dried butter beans (soak overnight) 4 sliced onions (approx 500g) 200g celery finely sliced 1 bay leaf 2 sprigs of rosemary 3 cloves garlic For the stock - approx 2 litres
