It is normal for milk to delay , that does not mean u don't have it. The first few days its small amounts of colostrum , even if u see few drops, its enough. After a day or few ur milk is likely to come in. * Drink plenty of water/fluids/ Roibos tea *Let the baby suck as many times as u can *Dry pump ( buy a pump) keep pumping even if nothing is coming or just drops. *Massage with hot towel before pump or feed. *Eat watery porridge (maize meal/ instant porridge/ oats) *Eat balanced diet if u can
