The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is holding a memorial procession this morning on Southern Boulevard to honor the lives of Ignacio “Dan” Diaz, Deputy Sheriff Ralph “Butch” Waller, and Cpl. Luis Paez, who were all killed from a crash that occurred one year ago today.
