This question comes up. How on earth do you sharpen mulching blades? It's not going to work on a regular bench grinder. You can use a regular handheld angle grinder, but I have found that these big straight shaft 1/4" shank shank grinders work best. It's basically a giant Dremel. They make lots of bits for it including this cone bit. And yes, it started out as a cone. I use it a lot.
