TORONTO — Ontario’s top court says provincially regulated online gaming and sports betting sites could legally allow users to play with – and bet against – people in other countries.

The social media network founded by U.S. President Donald Trump, Truth Social, announced Tuesday that it will allow users to make bets on the outcome of real-world events using the platform.
