It will be good to have the GUI inf-wizard to add the support for libusb-win32 1.4.0.0 release. As of now, the old libusb-win32 1.2.6.0 release is included.
I have never used libusb or anything, but I tried installing the filter on both my USB controller and my camera in the install selection box and neither made the camera detectable with mlinstall.
